To encourage more women to start their own business.To raise awareness of how women measure success in business - it's not just about financial reward, it's also having a happy and healthy family and relationships and enjoying physical and emotional self-worth. We need a new way of working today - one where playfulness, emotion and social integrity are valued alongside financial success.

Women Outside The Box is where women talk business. We bring over a thousand women together at events across the year. In Bristol we run an annual festival of female entrepreneurship and our monthly City Business Club is growing nationwide.
